Alice started at Skill and Ability as an Inclusion Specialist in January 2025. Prior to her time at Skill and Ability, Alice was a special education teacher at a behavioral health center. Alice studied nursing and worked as a practical nurse with Trinity Health for many years prior to returning to school to earn a degree in Early Childhood Education.

Alice is passionate about helping clients develop personalized tools, gain confidence, and reach their individual goals. She cares deeply about teaching self-advocacy and communication skills.

Outside of work Alice enjoys spending time with her children, reading autobiographies, and is the lead singer for a local rock band.
