Vocational Support: Erin Elly
Erin joined Skill and Ability Education in May of 2024. She brings experience that spans the nonprofit and for-profit sectors, workforce development, and entrepreneurship. She has a passion for working with individuals, and providing the support needed for their career goals and personal growth. In 2013, she earned a Master’s Degree in Social Work at the University of Michigan with a focus on community organizing and social systems.
Before joining Skill and Ability Education, Erin worked for community organizations in Ann Arbor and Hong Kong, designed to empower adults living with various abilities and disabilities. Erin’s interests also include accessible travel, inclusive green space, mobility, and outdoor activities such as hiking.
