Inclusion Specialist: Hailey Cloutier

Hailey started as an Inclusion Specialist at Skill and Ability Education in December 2024. Prior to working with Skill and Ability, Hailey taught after school art programs, worked in social media management, and taught Freshman Composition classes at Eastern Michigan University. Hailey has a Bachelor’s degree from Wayne State University, and a Master of Arts degree in Creative Writing from Eastern Michigan University.

In her free time Hailey enjoys reading and writing, being outside, and spending time with her spouse and two cats.

“I believe that everyone should have the opportunity to live an independent and fulfilling life, and my goal is to help clients get closer to that every time I see them. I want to help clients learn to advocate for themselves to live their best lives.”
