Max started working at Skill and Ability in August 2023. He has been involved with various work readiness services as well as job coaching and job development. Max attended Ohio State University and graduated with a bachelors in Social Work. After college, he has continued to work with individuals with disabilities in a variety of capacities.

 

Since working at Skill and Ability Education, Max strives to help clients become more independent and comfortable in their desired workplaces, learning how to adapt to each client's specific needs as they relate to employment. 

 

Max enjoys spending time with his family, skiing, hiking, camping, video games, and discussing technology, movies, and music. He also collects records, VHS tapes, and any music memorabilia.
