Stacia joined the Skill and Ability team in April of 2024, working as a Vocational Support Coach. She enjoys and has always been passionate about helping others. Stacia has worked in multiple positions that were made to serve others, such ABA therapy, case management and as a Special Education paraprofessional. She feels that Skill and Ability has been the perfect match for her, as she has been able to create a safe space for clients and encourage them to thrive in the workforce.

Stacia graduated Eastern Michigan University with her Bachelors in Psychology and is currently attending Eastern Michigan in pursuit of her Masters in Counseling. In her free time, Stacia spends time with her family and dog, taking nature walks and enjoying movie marathons.
