Director of Work Readiness: Steve Berg

Steve started at Skill and Ability Education when the organization was founded in 2018. He's currently the Director for Work Readiness, coordinating services for work experiences, evaluations and workshops.

Before Skill and Ability, Steve was a Special Education teacher in high school and transition center settings, with an emphasis on life and employment skill building.

"Moving from the schools to Skill and Ability was a natural transition, allowing me to continue supporting others in new and different ways in developing their skills to be successful in employment."
